    Who we're looking for:

    We are looking for an experienced Novated Business Development Manager with a strong emphasis on Pipeline management and progression of key opportunities to client contracting. Someone who ensures maximisation of growth of the novated team by engaging businesses, contracting and ensuring that promotion of the novated leasing benefit to employees is discussed and included as part of the client set up and handover to the Relationship Manager for implementation and rollout.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Develop and progress a prospect pipeline in line with company methodology and strategy
    • Establish and manage activities in Salesforce relating to activity levels, opportunities and pipeline management
    • Proactively pursue new business opportunities with alignment to team strategy for Novated
    • Develop and progress new opportunities through face to face meetings
    • Conduct presentations with prospective clients to explain, convey and sell the complete NL packaging solution
    • Actively participate in tender opportunities through written contribution and team collaboration
    • Contribute to the establishment of new account management implementation plans, relating to confirming customer requirements, by identifying needs and wants and matching these to Novated products and services
    • Submit proposal responses in line with the company sales strategy
    • Maintain a high level of competitor intelligence, including product offering, pricing and strategy
    • Manage the sales strategy and propose solutions for new prospects and customers
    • Ensure customer growth, retention and profitability targets are realised.
    • Capture and leverage knowledge, manage and control operational risk, and manage project management systems/ processes within the function

    Requirements

    • Good experience of working in a B2B sales environment
    • A good understanding of the novated leasing product
    • Demonstrated ability to hit targets and deliver new business
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Displays a high level of verbal and written communication and service skills
    • Demonstrable presentation, telephone based and negotiation skills
    • A proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships
    • Ability to work well within a team environment
    • Previous experience working in high pressure, fast paced commercial environments
    • Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance requirements around Financial products and related Leasing products
