    Description

    The Client & Role:

    We're currently working with an Australian investment firm who due to the high number of new service providers are looking to bring on an IT Business Management Administrator for an initial 12-month contract term.

    You will be assisting the IT Business Manager and IT Vendor Manager to ensure accurate and timely processing of contracts, equipment orders and reconciliation and processing of invoices in relation to IT projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with planning activities to ensure contracts and renewals are performed in a timely manner.
    • Ensure correct processes are being followed during ordering and procurement timelines.
    • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.
    • Other administration tasks as assigned.
    • Enter and ensure processing of IT Invoices to meet business performance and payment targets.
    • Provide assistance to the IT Business Manager and IT Vendor Manager as required.
    • Ensures adherence to IT policies and procedures.
    • Works within delegations and separation of duties assistance to the IT Business Manager and IT Vendor Manager as required.

    Required Skills & Specialisms:

    • 3+ years' experience within Coordination/Administration function (desirable if in an IT related role)
    • Demonstrated experience in a procurement support, invoice processing environment.
    • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or related study.
    • Practical experience working within an IT and/or project team environment.
    • Knowledge and experience with Office 365 including MS Teams and Sharepoint.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good organisational and communication skills
    • Proactive, and approachable with a positive outlook
    • Detailed understanding and knowledge of Purchase Orders, Approvals, and Invoicing processes.
    • Office 365 including MS Teams and SharePoint.
    • Experience utilising ServiceNow is desirable.
