The Client

Our Client strategically unified its multiple CRM systems onto a Salesforce platform called 'OneCRM' to streamline processes, reduce administrative effort, and empower staff to focus on serving our stakeholders. As they continue the adoption roadmap, extending the features and functions of OneCRM to meet stakeholder expectations is central to the operational and delivery objectives of the Digital Products portfolio.

What you will do

• Reporting to the Team Lead – Salesforce Operations, the Salesforce Administrator will be an integral part of the Salesforce Operations team responsible for ongoing administration and maintenance of the platform.
• Providing technical support for issue resolution including triage, analysis and service restoration on Salesforce platform, integration components, managed packages and applications as per documented service level agreements.
• Execution of the assigned administration workload including creating users, updating profiles and permission sets, modification of page layouts, loading data, creating reports/ dashboards and addressing user requests as they arrive.

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with an appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience.
• Experience in enterprise applications' support and maintenance with good understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in working on implementation and roll-out of Salesforce/ other CRMs.
• Experience/ knowledge of Salesforce Industries Cloud Administration (Omnistudio, standard and custom objects, security and access, user/ data/ activity management, reports and dashboards, workflows and process automation) including promotion of meta data from Sandboxes to Production.
