    Senior Brand Strategist / Manager

    Sydney

    $140,000 - $150,000 + Super

    WOW Recruitment is on the lookout for a creative thinker with a natural curiosity and proven experience of elevating Brand awareness, working for our well-established client in the Hospitality sector.

    With nearly five decades of industry presence, our client offers a diverse range of high-quality products tailored to meet the unique needs of various sectors

    In light of their continued expansion, we are actively seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to transform their existing brand presence to bring fresh and creative ideas to the business.

    Your key responsibilities and objectives will include:

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company, the brand and competitors as well as grasping audience and channel behaviours
    • Collaborate with other business leaders to develop, implement and execute Brand strategy for Press Releases and Social Media Content.
    • Work closely alongside Graphic Designer to strategise content.
    • Promote Brand awareness through campaign delivery
    • Drive performance through metrics to measure effectiveness of strategy.

    Your profile:

    • Strong background in Brand Strategy and Promotion with proven results of success
    • Creative, out the box thinking to implement new, fresh ideas and diverse approaches
    • Strong strategic portfolio that demonstrates your success in a similar role
    • Experience working in SME or Start-up is preferred
    • Experience working in a Brand role within Hospitality or similar is highly desirable but not essential
    • Proficient in a range of systems including MS office, Salesforce (or similar) and Powerpoint
    • Must have good presentation skills and confidence to present in front of Senior Leadership
