About the role:


As a Strategist your immediate responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) working with a senior member of the strategy team to build strategic responses for client briefs and collaborate with the client team to deliver this.

You will also build your experience in other strategic areas including thought leadership and new business.

What your typical day looks like:

  • Delivers day to day strategic work for client(s), stewarding strategies through to execution in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Build experience in other strategic areas, including thought leadership and new business.
  • Use various research sources and tools to deliver a point of view around a client's business/category, culture, and consumer.
  • Derive insights and build audience insights by compiling, analysing, and interpreting information.
  • Guides the development of client presentations.
  • Develops and manages media strategists.
  • Produce key strategic outcomes from data diagnosis.
  • Further own understanding and skill sets within the media industry.
  • Take advantage of opportunities presented to further own growth and understanding.

A bit about you:

  • Experience across a mix of disciplines (e.g., Planning, Account Service, Project Management, Investment, Performance, Data and Analytics etc.)
  • Strong Understanding of the AU media landscape
  • An appetite to learn and grow within our industry and team.
  • An expertise in both people & category
  • Ability to interpret data to derive insights.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency in tools and systems used to identify, extract, and act on consumer insights and trends related to the industry.
