Are you a strategist who is looking to do some impactful work and disrupt the industries that clients are working in?

We are working with the amazing CX team at CHEP Network in their hunt for a new CX Strategist.

The CX team at CHEP are all about creativity, innovation and the opportunities new technologies and thinking provide.


In today's changing world brands need to adapt to new channels, technologies, experiences & social goals as well as adapting to environmental needs and operating speeds.


CHEP have built their reputation through turning stale brands around and as the CX Strategist you will be tasked with creative problem solving to drive change.


Within this role you would be using a data led approach whilst working with the wider strategy department and internal CHEP team to help your clients make a long lasting positive impact.

You would be focusing on building companies for the future with creative, strategy, experience, data, media, PR, technology, e-commerce, experiential and research all under the one roof

The ideal team member for this role;

  • Knows the difference between good and great design
  • Can articulate complex problems into human speak
  • Has the ability to take their design thinking cap off and switch to their execution cap the next day
  • Wants to transform customer journeys for large household name brands
  • Has an appreciation of tech solutions, and how they can assist in optimising and implementing customer journeys and enhancing customer experiences.
