Their research spans a wide range of categories including driving strategy through segmentation, optimizing product portfolios, pricing evaluation, new product evaluation, discrete choice modelling, informing brand strategy and more.

The Sydney team consists of ten brilliant thinkers, strategists, analysts and market research practitioners.

They are in growth mode so looking to make a couple of key hires at the Associate / Senior Associate Director levels.

The roles will entail:

Leading a topperforming team and helping them grow both their people skills and technical capabilities.
Managing clients and helping build relationships with new client accounts.
Designing studies that clearly deliver on client objectives.
Delivering presentations and pitches with impact.

We are looking for experienced Research Strategists who come with commercial insights experience. Some experience of managing a small team would be great too

You will be comfortable spending time at the front end unpicking a client brief and know how to deliver outstanding quant work at the finish line.

This role combines the art and science of interrogative data analytics and compelling storytelling.

Salary:
$130,000 $160,000 package + industry leading employee benefits
