A bit about the role:

Develop insightful, engaging and effective strategies based on data and human insights.
Build inspiring creative briefs leveraging strategic thinking
Develop persuasive and compelling client presentations
Develop valueadded thought leadership, keeping your clients across emerging issues that will help them have an unfair advantage and manage their professional peers' knowledge and expectations
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with Creative, Technology, Research & Media teams
Work side by side with producers to deliver best practice outcomes to meet strategic goals
Contribute proactively to the agency knowledge base
Develop and nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to organically grow existing business
Support on new business activity when required
Drive a culture of excitement and inspiration around Social
Foster a culture of results and reporting, sharing, celebrating and nurturing effectiveness of the work

Skills & Experience:

6 + years experience
Digital / Advertising agency background
Team management skills
Deep expertise across all aspects of Social
Strong knowledge across Brand, Digital and Social and how they intersect
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
