The Business

Coaching business with an excellent reputation and track record
Growing exponentially and expanding their high calibre coaching team
National presence and provide exceptional expertise and value to clients
Focus exclusively on working with Accounting and Financial Services Practices
Work with established frameworks and structured content
Support clients with personal planning, business planning and succession planning

The Position

A coaching position where you can work flexibly there are options for 2 days, 3 days or 5 days per week
Contribute to, and influence the strategic leadership of the businesses you work with and provide direction and clarity
Drive the operational aspects of the businesses across revenue optimisation and cost management
Asset business owners develop a greater level of control and oversight by getting them to drive automation, implement tools and deliver on ongoing projects
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry and regulatory developments and support your group of businesses in the development of new efficient policies and procedures
Encourage with the business owners, a strong focus on employee engagement, development and retention strategies and establish accountability frameworks to assist with a more agile and flexible approach

Who we are looking for

Individuals that are still passionate about business, the industry and who want to see others succeed
People who know what it is like when your business controls you and can assist driven business owners to take back that control
The experience of having owned, operated and sold your business and keen to pass that 'know how' on to other business owners
A high level of EQ
Credibility with business owners
Ability to work with different styles of owners with different goals and get them to where they want to be
Professional approach with the ability to hold others accountable
Deliver education, tools and fameworks that work
A strategic mindset with practical 12 year horizons
Strong influencing skills with the ability to influence other leaders to make data based and strategybased decisions
Sound understanding of the accounting / financial advice industry, specifically in the SME market and the challenges they face
