With a strong focus on cash-flow management, debt management, risk management, wealth creation, retirement and estate planning, they personalise the approach for each client, understanding that one size does not generally fit all.

The Opportunity


The Sydney CBD office is currently seeking an experienced Client Services Manager - Implementation Specialist to join a leading financial planning practice.

As part of their dynamic and relaxed culture, you will play a crucial role in delivering optimal solutions to their clients.

You will be responsible for managing and implementing the client's statement of advice and record of advice strategies, maintaining client relationships and assisting the advisers in delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

  • Process additional investments and withdrawals as requested by clients and advisers.
  • Preparation of documents and reports for the client as requested.
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Liaise with various superannuation and insurance product providers.
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to.

About You

  • Must have experience with implementation and Xplan software within a Financial Advice firm.
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced role and thrive on being organised.
  • Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients.
  • Proactive, confident, and warm approach
  • An ability to handle a large client book and be comfortable with multitasking.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and good solid work ethic
