The opportunity:

Take the lead: As a Relationship Manager, you will be a trusted partner to the Private Wealth Adviser & Partner. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to clients' financial success, while also growing your own expertise in the field.

Work with high-net-worth clients: Join a dynamic team where you will interact with high-net-worth clients, providing them with expert advice and assisting in the management of their portfolios. Build long-term relationships and make a real difference in their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support primary advisers: Provide efficient and accurate support to our primary advisers in delivering exceptional client advice and services. Collaborate closely with them to ensure client needs are met.

Manage client portfolios: Liaise directly with high-net-worth clients, overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of their investment portfolios. Review portfolios, identify strategic advice recommendations, and propose suitable investment opportunities for adviser review.

Produce comprehensive reports: Prepare and produce quarterly client review reports, providing insightful recommendations to clients based on their portfolios and long-term investment strategies. Ensure reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.

Coordinate investment transactions: Execute approved investment transactions, including account establishment, closure, and transitions. Collaborate with fund managers and stockbrokers to facilitate seamless transactions.

Ensure compliance and administration: Maintain accurate client records, handle client business administration tasks, and respond to accounting and audit enquiries related to client portfolios. Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.


Experience and Qualifications Required:

-
Proven expertise: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a financial planning environment. You should be well-versed in providing support to advisers and managing client portfolios.

Technical proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with Xplan, advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. Familiarity with investment research tools is highly desirable.

Financial qualifications: Hold a Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent (Advanced preferred). A finance or business degree is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, advisers, and other stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and organized: Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that all tasks are executed meticulously. Strong time management skills are essential for prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
