The Business
This growing integrated advisory, lending and accounting business improves financial well-being for their broad range of clients.

Providing a range of financial planning solutions for clients from all walks of life including first home buyers and accumulators through to more sophisticated investors and retirees.

With a strong focus on cash-flow management, debt management, risk management, wealth creation, retirement and estate planning, they personalise the approach for each client, understanding that one size does not generally fit all.

They have a focused, client-centric approach and are passionate about understanding each client's individual situation.


The Opportunity


The role is exciting as it is managing the client relationships for 2 key advisers as well as managing and co-ordinating their workflow.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and relationships and can provide an excellent experience for a broad range of clients.


This firm would love to employ a people person with energy, passion, and drive and the ability to handle multiple client situations at once - it is a busy role and you will be the glue who holds it all together Ideally, we would love to speak to people who have had experience working closely with retirees and who can relate well to that demographic.

Someone who was looking for a long-term option in their career would be highly regarded - this is a role where you can settle in and really utilise your people, prioritisation and project management abilities.


The Role

  • Liaise extensively with clients and be the second point of contact for them within the firm
  • Book meetings, prepare for meetings and ensure that all financial information is prepared accurately and updated in the system
  • Work very closely with 2 senior advisers and anticipate the needs of the clients
  • Ensure all compliance aspects of your client group are up to date and complying with all legislative requirements
  • Attention to detail and compliance of client files and advice documentation
  • Work with accounting, paraplanning, lending and implementation teams to ensure that the endtoend experience of the client is seamless

About You

  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment and thrive on being organised and keeping others on track
  • Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build rapport with a broad range of clients
  • Be proactive, confident and have a warm approach
  • An ability to handle a large client portfolio and be comfortable with multitasking
  • Strong sense of professionalism and good solid work ethic
