The Business
This business, a well-regarded and

integrated accounting and financial advisory business in Sydney's CBD and has had a long history of success. They service individual investors, predominantly HNW clients, with a broad range of financial services including Taxation, Accounting, Private Wealth, Finance, SMSF and Insurance. They also provide expert advisory, assurance and taxation services for small and medium sized businesses as well as large corporates. With an already established team of experienced and dedicated advisers, accountants and operational managers they are now looking to expand that talent and broaden their capabilities so that they can continue to provide an exceptional service offering to their clients. The need therefore is for an experienced Senior Accounting Manager who may wish to transition out of a larger accounting business to join the team and embark on the journey.

The Position
The role is required to manage a growing accounting team. It is highly

varied,

exciting and

challenging and what makes it different is that there is huge scope for growth and development. It is structured but you will have scope to get involved in interesting work with interesting clients. Professional development of course is key, and you will be working closely with the Directors and assisting to continue to build on an already successful business. This is an environment where you will be able to provide real value to a client on every level. The role is responsible for maintaining and transitioning client relationships to ensure clients receive advice and service that is comprehensive, timely and of the highest quality. You will have some experience managing people and be a business driver. Workflow management is essential and there is ample onshore and offshore support provided.

The Person
We are looking for an individual from an accounting background

CA or CPA qualified or on that path) who is looking for something with a lot of variety in terms of strategies and types of clients. We are after people who are passionate and real doers. You will be an approachable manager with some experience and be prepared to train and mentor. You will have an excellent understanding of a Business Services environment and be passionate about client interaction. This is a fast-growing, dynamic business with all the tools, operational and technical support in place to assist you and your clients. This position is all about relationship and people management and client engagement in an environment with an excellent culture and ethos.
