If you've ever wanted to collaborate with one of Australia's most famous beauty brands, then this is your chance.

Due to ongoing growth, a Project and Production Manager is needed to assist the current team for a 3-6 month engagement.

This position is vital for ensuring the smooth functioning of internal teams, responsible for content creation, design, and overall business service.

In this role, your focus will be on supporting the team with project management and workflow coordination, capable of handling multiple work streams within marketing, including Content, Design, VM, Events, Digital Marketing, and other company-wide tasks.

You'll be interpreting briefs, managing ad hoc requests, and using your traffic management skills to prioritize incoming work effectively.

Previous experience in overseeing significant projects, such as new brand launches, will be crucial. Coordinating teams, managing timelines and deliverables will be part of your responsibilities, acting as the project workflow overseer.

Collaboration with the Marketing Production Manager and other stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant project deliveries will all fall within your scope.

A comprehensive understanding of all production touch-points, including print production, will be necessary to ensure seamless execution.

Experience with agency operations or similar environments, coupled with a solid grasp of project and production management in fast-paced settings, will be advantageous.

Opportunities include working closely with cross-functional teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and effective task prioritization.

Experience in budget and resource management to guarantee projects are completed within financial boundaries is essential.

The assignment is set to commence early April, requiring onsite presence in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
