About Financial Institutions Journey team at PEXA
Focus on creating new and developed products within the PDG team.

Get involved in discovery, priority, build requirements (with PO) and GTM aspects of the products - delivering to the consistency of the FI Journeys product delivery process.

Keep the interaction flowing with teams across the PEXA Group to ensure clear communication of training materials, legal agreements, product status, pricing and uptake of the product.

You will Engage with the FI and FI Journeys team on the end-to-end product delivery with members of the FI journeys team.

What you'll be doing

Research, create and execute product plans across the portfolio of evolving products within FI Journeys.
Retain a customerfirst mindset, checking in with the customer and FI teams to ensure that the product evolution is aligned to maximise sales and revenue along the product development delivery stages.
The requirement to manage a few products concurrently, from initiation to MVP to product development,
Develop pricing models with a commercial collaboration team, market research and competitor analysis.
Manage the portfolio's revenue forecasts and actively track the actual forecast.
Manage and engage stakeholders across the business to ensure buyin of features and plan for delivery and execution to market. Ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of the status as product development progresses.
Plan and manage gotomarket and training activities across allocated products with the support of the broader PEXA Group, ensuring a consistent rollout is well organised.
Manage product development in line with risk management and legal requirements.
Develop business cases when required per the Investment Case framework.
Work with the PDG team by ensuring product decisions are in line with strategy and roadmap.
Develop value propositions, sales collateral and customer engagement when required.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. This includes managing legal agreements and communications between frontline staff and the delivery team.

What you'll bring to the table

Previous Product Management experience, ideally working with a tech scaleup environment managing several products concurrently.
Excellent written and communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Strong business acumen and analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong prioritization and organisational skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools, such as Jira and confluence an advantage
Strong knowledge of the FI Industry and/or Exchange will be an advantage
Willingness to be handson, collaborative and respectfully challenged to deliver the best product to market
Known for a high degree of integrity and trust
Stakeholder management to assist with unblocking and gaining momentum on objectives
A team player who embraces challenges manages issues and provides solutions.
