    We are in search of an inspiring leader to join an Australian Designed womenswear brand as Assistant Store Manager. Renowned for their fashion forward & timeless designs, this business embodies an unparalleled standard of sophistication.

    In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leadership of a large & high performing team. You will mirror the essence of this businesses team culture. Ideally, you will bring a love of fashion and people, and an eagerness to steer the team towards success.

    Key Responsibilities of the Position:

    • Drive sales and profitability, ensuring alignment with brand-defined KPIs.
    • Champion an unparalleled standard of customer service excellence.
    • Mentor, develop, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and succession.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement comprehensive in-store training initiatives.
    • Execute operational excellence across stock management, visual merchandising, and back-of-house protocols.
    • Uphold presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand directives.
    • Harness data and analytics to optimise retail and visual merchandising operations.

    Ideal Skills & Experiences:

    • Demonstrable leadership experience, minimum of 2 years in roles such as ASM, SM, or 3IC.
    • A dedication to delivering an experiential standard of customer service..
    • Proficiency in business management practices.
    • A dynamic and lead-by-example leadership approach.
    • A passion for nurturing and empowering teams.
    • Elevated emotional intelligence with a knack for influencing a team.
