About the role:


As part of the management team you will work closely with the Store Manager and be responsible for; merchandising, staff supervision, motivation, sales and administrative functions of the business.

Your selling style will be consultative with a flair for building relationships within your stores and with your peers. Excellence in sales and service are the key components of success within this most respected retailer.


Skills & Experiences:


  • Management experience is a must within retail
  • Experience in sales, reaching targets & KPIs
  • A passion for training and developing others
  • Friendly nature and customer service focused
  • Knowledge and interest in interiors, lighting and home wares advantageous
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
