Your New Role
We have a new opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our team as our Parts Regional Sales Manager in our Parts Distribution Centre at Wacol reporting to the General Manager Parts & Supply Chain.
As a member of the parts leadership team, this hands on roll will manage a number of regional accounts whilst leading a small group dedicated to growing our Parts & Service Dealers, Parts Only Dealers, Bus Fleet & Allmakes reseller accounts. This is an exciting role for someone who has a demonstrated history of success in sales and account management particularly in the on highway truck, bus and engine segment to support our brands including Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers within your dedicated region by selling parts and associated products to meet budgeted targets. Your role will also require you to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and tactics to maximise revenue and profitability to grow market share. It will be essential for the successful candidate to conduct regular dealer visitations, so the ability to travel will be a function of this role.
