Job Description
Key responsibilities include managing a team of up to seven salespeople, providing day-to-day coaching and support to ensure their success in meeting sales targets and objectives.
You will oversee the team's performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.Additionally, you will collaborate with the communications manager and travel manager to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Your role also involves fostering a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating training sessions, and organising conferences and events to enhance team cohesion and professional development.
