National Sales Manager - Industrial ElectricalNational Sales Manager - Industrial Electrical - Brisbane Head OfficeThis National, Industrial Electrical Supplier has enjoyed strong growth in the Australian market.
They are well known in the Electrical industry and are now looking for their next National Sales Manager to be based in the Brisbane Head OfficeThe Role:
Mentor and coaching Sales Representatives
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to implement new sales strategies for new customers and existing products
Build strong relationships with key accounts
Develop company sales budgets
Meet planned sales goals
Develop new strategies to market existing products
When in office also assist with inbound internal sales enquiries from new customers
The Person:
History of driving external sales team to achieve double digit sales growth
Experience effectively leading and managing an external team of local and interstate Sales Representatives
Currently State Manager or Sales Manager for a large national business within the Industrial Electrical field dealing with end user customers
