    They are well known in the Electrical industry and are now looking for their next National Sales Manager to be based in the Brisbane Head Office.


    The Role:
    Mentor and coaching Sales RepresentativesExcellent leadership skillsAbility to implement new sales strategies for new customers and existing productsBuild strong relationships with key accountsDevelop company sales budgetsMeet planned sales goalsDevelop new strategies to market existing productsWhen in office also assist with inbound internal sales enquiries from new customers

    The Person:

    History of driving external sales team to achieve double digit sales growthExperience effectively leading and managing an external team of local and interstate Sales RepresentativesCurrently State Manager or Sales Manager for a large national business within the Industrial Electrical field dealing with end user customersBenefits:A great salary (based on experience) plus a car allowance, mobile phone, laptop and incentive bonus (after probation).At Found People, we treat all applications with strict confidentiality.
