    They are seeking an experienced IT recruiter or current team leader/manager to work closely with the GM to coach a small team, drive growth and improve business performance.

    About you
    Experience IT recruiter wanting to take the 'next step' in your career.
    A proven history of decent billings and you will have likely coached IT recruiters in your current role.

    You will have the traits (and some experience) to be able to effectively coach, mentor and lead a small team.

    Emotionally intelligent, detailed and diligent.
    You will lead by example and be persistent and resilient in all you do.
    High energy and integrity and you will have 'fun' in work and those you work with.
    Strong base salary package.
    Above market individual and team performance-based commission.
