Leidos Australia is looking for a driven, collaborative team lead to join the well-established Shared Services team based in Melbourne.

This is a brand new role and due to the growth within our organisation, this team will provide support to all entities operating within the Asia Pacific region (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, China & S. Korea) you will have 5 direct reports, work closely with the Share Services Manager and ensure the team meets their SLA's.


What you'll enjoy doing:


  • Leading the shared services teams (excluding Payroll) comprising of Timesheeting, AP audit, Travel & Expense, and SLICS (Subcontract Labor Incurred Cost System).
  • Effectively delivering financial shared services in collaboration with other Leidos departments and external bodies for a positive enduser experience.
  • Constant focus on process improvement and leading teams on the path of best practice
  • Drive implementation and input to review processes that focus on continuous improvement, and automation of processes increasing efficiencies, and decreasing human intervention.
