Join us as we redefine the way we nurture and interact with our leafy companions. This role is a full time permanent position based on Strategic innovation Hub in Perth CBD.

    What you will be doing?

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and reliable support across various channels such as online ticketing, emails, and social messages.
    • Engage with customers to understand their queries, offer solutions, and guide them through product features and functionalities.
    • Act promptly to address customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in internal databases, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience for all customers.

    • Tech Savvy: Proficient in platforms like Gorgias (are a great advantage), demonstrating readiness for innovation and technology.
    • Education & Experience: Combining formal education or equivalent experience, merging academic knowledge with practical application.
    • Action-Oriented: Thriving on challenges, injecting tasks with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
    • Effective Communicator: Expert in clear and compelling communication, resonating with diverse audiences.
