Job Description:


What you'll do

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to deliver a great customer service experience.
  • Manage the invoicing and return process and liaise with suppliers regarding back orders.
  • Advise clients on products, promotions and services.
  • Utilise your strong relationship building skills to develop and grow sustainable and authentic relationships in order to retain clients.
  • Manage freight delivery times and communicate issues to clients.

Qualifications:


What we are looking for?

  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to problem solve and critically think in order to resolve complex client enquiries and issues.
  • Ability to perform in a fastpaced highly changing environment and be driven to support clients in a multifaceted role.
  • Experience in the tyre industry would be highly regarded.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
