Job Description:

What you'll do

Develop relationships with stakeholders to deliver a great customer service experience.
Manage the invoicing and return process and liaise with suppliers regarding back orders.
Advise clients on products, promotions and services.
Utilise your strong relationship building skills to develop and grow sustainable and authentic relationships in order to retain clients.
Manage freight delivery times and communicate issues to clients.

Qualifications:

What we are looking for?

Strong customer service skills, with experience in a similar role.
Ability to problem solve and critically think in order to resolve complex client enquiries and issues.
Ability to perform in a fastpaced highly changing environment and be driven to support clients in a multifaceted role.
Experience in the tyre industry would be highly regarded.
Highly effective verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously).
