    The RoleThis organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead their payroll team.

    As a Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll operations for a team of six payroll officers, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, perform back-end system configuration, and contribute to the overall financial well-being of the organisation.


    Responsibilities of the role include:
    Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce
    Oversee calculation and disbursement of wages, salaries, and benefits
    Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and reporting requirements
    Back-end system configuration
    Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve relevant issues

    Your Profile:
    Proven experience as a Payroll Manager (Aurion experience desirable)
    Thorough knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
    Strong leadership and team management skills
