- Managing a range of projects from brief to completion whether it be a digital sales aid or a new a complete Omni-channel deliverable.
- Ensuring jobs are trafficked through the agency in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensuring the delivery of final material is on time and of a high standard.
- Providing estimates that are reflective of agency involvement and work within client budgets.
- Generation of key documents such as contact reports and timelines.
- Management of jobs through Veeva, and Adobe Workfront
- Working with offshore production hubs
- Project management of jobs through the internal systems and the clients' systems
- Work with the wider Publicis and Agency team - Creatives, Studio, Production, Strategy, Data and Media - to ensure campaigns and materials are produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Be able to confidently and effectively communicate with Brand Managers throughout the healthcare industry.
- Work towards the generation of new business, either from the current client base or through new clients.
- Min. 2+ years' experience working within in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical marketing team.
- Complete understanding of agency processes.
- Well organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- High level time management skills.
- Strong writing, analytical and presentation skills.
- A good understanding of the medical and pharmacy industry including terminology, structure and jargon.
- Product, industry and market knowledge in ethical, OTC and specialty healthcare.
- Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of media terminology for both medical and consumer media.
- Familiarity with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and ASMI approval process.
- Experience working with Veeva platforms and Digital deliverables within Veeva
