    Assistant Store Manager - Chermside, QLD

    Location: YD Chermside, Shop 101 A Westfield, Chermside QLD, Queensland, Australia

    Requisition: 5214

    Date: Friday, 19 April 2024

    As an Assistant Store Manager at yd., you will:

    • Provide exceptional customer experiences to all customers
    • Lead by setting a positive example and motivating your team
    • Consistently coach and develop your team to achieve brand goals
    • Demonstrate honesty and transparency in all interactions
    • Work confidently with KPIs and individual targets
    • Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation
    • Display excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience as a full-time employee in a fashion retail or customer service setting
    • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to progress
    • Ability to recognize and address opportunities and obstacles, coaching the team accordingly
    • Strong understanding of KPIs, their business impact, and how to coach on them
    • Proven experience in motivating and leading a team
