My client is looking for a passionate and driven leader to join their business.

Based out of the busy DFO store, you will work alongside your Assistant Manager to bring joy to customers lives by fitting them out in the freshest footwear by the world's leading brands You will have a focus on creating and maintaining a fun, inclusive team culture whilst delivering an incredible sales experience in store for every customer.


You will need to have the ability to:

  • Motivate, coach and develop staff to achieve targets and beyond
  • Create a fun and exciting environment for your team
  • Develop and motivate a team in all aspects of the business
  • Train and develop team members
  • Deliver a very high standard of customer service
  • Display knowledge of KPIs and budgets
  • Display strong leadership skills
