Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years in Retail Management, specializing in apparel or footwear.
A strong voice, an open mind and an ability to respond rather than react.
Proven expertise in inventory management and logistics
Engaging personality with an inspiring managerial approach
Proficient in Visual Merchandising (VM)
Innate coaching abilities to lead and develop your team effectively
Drive sales and exceed KPIs consistently
