Our client, an international leader in travel services, is looking for a Store Manager to join their team at Perth Airport.

About the Role:

As the Store Manager, you will oversee operations of the retail store, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and fostering a safe and customer-centric environment.

Valid Driver's License.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to the company's safety management system and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
Uphold Employment Standards of Conduct and Client's Code of Conduct.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and contract managers.
Develop sales strategies to meet targets and maximize profitability.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
Enforce company standards, policies, and goals.
Manage staff rosters and liaise with management on various operational aspects.
Perform financial transactions and reporting accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of work environment and personal appearance.
Handle cash transactions and reconcile endofshift.
Complete shipping and customs forms accurately.
Provide excellent customer service and attend to customer needs promptly.
Report incidents and hazards following company procedures.
Assist in customer queries and troubleshooting.
