- Developing the channel strategy for the long-term success of Panasonic heat pump business in Australian market in consultation with HVAC Group managements
- Taking exhaustive analysis of the various types of the potential customers including but not limited to heat pump hydronic heating/cooling specialists, conventional hydronic heating/cooling specialists, heat pump hot water specialists, plumbers and Air Conditioning contractors, identify the focused area with the priority then develop the concrete channel expansion plan to maximize Panasonic heat pump business opportunity
- Identify and contact the potential customers in accordance with the channel strategy to open an account with Panasonic either directly or in collaboration with the internal sales team
- Engage with the governmental body and with the industrial body to evoke the awareness of the heat pump solutions
- Support BDM – Residential Builder, BDM – Commercial Solutions and Sales Engineers to generate business opportunities for Panasonic heat pump solutions.
- Deliver the trainings to the internal sales team and to the customers
- Formal qualification in Business, Sales or account management (Preferred)
- Technical sales experience of heat pump hydronic heating /cooling system for more than 3 years.
- Full understanding of heat pump hydronic heating/cooling solution design
- Proven experience with successfully implementing sales strategies, & account plans generating profitable sales / revenues
- Sales Account Management
- Business to Business sales experience
- Advanced computer skills (Ms Outlook, MS Excel, B.I. Software, ERP, CRM etc)
- Ability to work in a "team" environment participating to the greater good of the division / company
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the Australian HVAC industry
- Displays effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to form strong business relationships that translate into long term customer loyalty and repeat sales
- Strong initiative and the personal drive to succeed – uses initiative to identify growth opportunities
