About the Role
The Graduate Program Manager will consult with the business then, facilitate, design, manage and develop a world class veterinary Graduate Academy.
Key to the success of this role is excellent stakeholder management skills and learning architecture capability that provides a modern and graduate centric learning experience at VetPartners.
Reporting into our Capability Director this role is based in our Macquarie Park Support office and works closely with our Chief People Officer, the wider L&D Team and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic thinking to graduate development experiences coupled with the ability to operationalize key goals into impactful outcomes
- Management of the Graduate Development Program / Academy
- Design and development of contemporary learning mediums and frameworks to accelerate veterinarian graduate capability
- Partner with talent acquisition to provide advice and support on industry, graduate student and university engagement activity and clinic study placement strategies
- Stakeholder management and engagement at all levels of the organisation
About You
- Proven experience in a similar role with experience in designing award winning graduate programs and change management
- Degree in business, human resources or science related fields
- Experience in Learning and Development across endtoend learning process
- Experience in managing graduate programs across geographically disperse participants
- Experience in the Veterinary or Health Industry is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills
- The ability to selfmotivate and lead a small team
