Digital learning specialist with passion for instructional design

Immediately available L&D Manager role within a well branded national business. Based in Macquarie Park, with flexibility to work from home 2 days week.

Working closely within stable L&D team, with support on greater HR team, this role is crucial for overall strategy and end-to-end digital L&D solutions for the business.

Being able to create and ensure delivery of engaging course material to varied audience across this national business will ensure you have immediate impact within this exciting role.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Develop digital learning strategies related to the technical, operational and leadership learning for the organisation
Manage the digital learning team (which consists of one other)
Deliver on existing L&D framework
Research and monitor digital learning trends and identify tools or platform to assist with future objectives
Use Instructional design skills and advanced technical skills to develop digital learning including graphic design, simulation design, digital animation, interactive course elements, web design
Manage the production of highquality multimedia, video and graphic material to support the digital instruction
Develop communications and presentations for a wide variety of stakeholders to drive acceptance and adoption of digital learning

What you need to bring to the role:

Solid experience in the L&D space focused on Digital learning including instructional design, eLearning development and learning tech management
Degree in Instructional design or related field
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Passion for learning with creative approach
