- Maintain BFO as to clearly and accurately represent the business opportunity as they exist today

- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Management or trade Qualifications with business management experience
- Training in leading sales and execution methodologies
- Proven Business Development experience in Electrical Technologies, including Software Solutions (preferably in Medium Voltage and/or Power Automation) or solutions specifically aligned with the C&SP Segment.
- Demonstrate experience in setting and deployment of strategy (business strategy and opportunity strategy)
- Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting sales targets and objectives
- Understanding of business system applications, market trends and integration/adoption issues
- Experience and skills in contract negotiation, tender evaluation & process

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for engaging the Cloud Services segment growing market share with key decision makers. You will be incorporating offers from various Schneider Electric Divisions i.e. Power Systems, Digital Power, Global Services, and work closely with the C&SP Segment Director and Data Centre Account Directors..
