    About the Role

    We are seeking an Installation Support Coordinator to join the Renewables team. In this role, you will represent the company professionally and provide high-quality support for your team, customers and other relevanat stakeholders.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to solar installers through various communication channels.
    • Diagnose support requests and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in industry standards for solar connections.
    • Meet required service and quality targets as an individual.
    • Adhere to escalation protocols for customer requests.
    • Collaborate with other teams to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Perform administrative duties such as informing installers of network events and data entry.
    • Assist other Customer teams during high volumes of customer activity.
    • Participate in cross-training to respond to diverse customer inquiries.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised individual with an excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You will be comfortable working within the utilities and renewable energy sector and translating complex technical terms into layman's explanations. Priding yourself on your customer service abilities, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience with a wide range of ad-hoc administrative duties. Technical knowledge and industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
