A little about the role


Key deliverables for this role are to meet billable time KPI's, provide resources and connections with NDIS services and NDIS information for their allocated NDIS participants as a Support Coordinator.


DPV offers flexible work options (office, work from home and regular home visits) across the week ensuring our participants are central to our support.

Some use of personal vehicle may be required however will be reimbursed.


Desired Skills and Experience:


What will you bring?

  • Experience working as a Support Coordinator and knowledge and experience in the broader NDIS system
  • A selfstarter and have the ability to work independently under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Have the ability to work within a daily billable target and KPIs
  • Are respectful and courteous of all people and cultures/lifestyles
  • Have experience selfmanaging an NDIS plan
  • Enjoy working with families and developing rapport

Essential

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in case management, disability or community services
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the disability sector
  • Previous experience supporting people with disability and knowledge of community service
  • Highly effective communication skills with demonstrated experience conducting interviews/assessments with people with disability and their families/carers and health professionals
  • Comprehensive report writing skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Valid Australian driver's license
  • COVID Vaccination Certificate with booster
