    Description

    We are looking for Change Coordinator to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

    • Be a proactive team member focused on optimizing risk exposure across the IT Environment to minimize the severity of any impact and disruption
    • Manage queues and group mailboxes and triage based on urgency & Priority
    • Provide secretariat support to meetings, including the creation of meeting materials and recording and circulating minutes
    • Coordinate Change Advisory Board & Post Change Reviews
    • Ensure document management processes including templates, work instructions, knowledge base articles, and registers are maintained
    • Support & guide change requesters, coordinators, implementers, and project teams
    • Coordinate & distribute reporting, communications & documentation
    • Support Change Managers to apply Defence Change Management policy and process to reinforce the adoption of changes required by the Department
    • Provide general support to Change Managers in the delivery of milestones
