Description
We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Change and Communications Specialist to join the Change Management Team.


The role will work with various project managers, business analysts, IT and business specialists as well as FID staff and external stakeholders.

The role will contribute to the development and delivery of the change management, stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans.


The role will communicate and help manage the impacts of change across all impacted stakeholders and help stakeholders to operate differently in the future.

This may include (but is not limited to) coordinating the development of new policies and processes, supporting workforce planning activities, and developing training materials to support new technology.


Working arrangements:
Mixture of onsite and offsite working arrangements.


Essential criteria:


  • 5+ years of experience as a change manager or change leader. 5+ years of experience developing communications for digital or business transformations. 5+ years of experience working in a project environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written communication skills including the development of intranet and website content, FAQ's and fact sheets, and other communication materials.
  • Experience developing change/training strategies, conducting analysis and developing and delivering plans.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating information sessions for a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience developing training materials to support user adoption and change.
