Job Description:
We are seeking an ITIL Change Coordinator with the passion to bring an enduring positive impression into our operations and support the day-to-day operations of the Change Management team.
This is a great opportunity to join our team and make the move to a prime service provider for Defence, where there are consistent opportunities to develop and scope to work on really interesting things.
Duties
Under the general direction of the team leader you will be tasked to:
- Be a proactive team member focused on optimising risk exposure across the IT Environment to minimise the severity of any impact and disruption
- Manage queues and group mail boxes and triage based on urgency & priority
- Provide secretariat support to meetings, including the creation of meeting materials and recording and circulating minutes
- Coordinate Change Advisory Board & Post Change Reviews
- Ensure document management processes including templates, work instructions, knowledge base articles and registers are maintained
- Support & guide change requesters, coordinators, implementers and project teams
- Coordinate & distribute reporting, communications & documentation
- Provide general support to Change Managers in the delivery of milestones

About You and What You'll Bring:
- 1-2 years previous professional experience as a Project Coordinator/administrator or Executive Assistant
- Professional experience in a similar role preferably in IT/Defence or Federal Government is preferred
- Professional experience and knowledge with computer software packages including ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)
- Experience and being comfortable working in a high paced environment and adaptable to change
- Good with communications and messaging
