We are looking for Change and Release Coordinator in Canberra locations for our Defence client.


You will have:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management roles and hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT and ITIL responsibilities;
  • Experience within High Priority Incident Management;
  • Experience using the Defence Service Management System;
  • Proven client relationship management and able to translate technical issues into clear business English;
  • Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures;
  • Practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset management (ITIL V4 practices);
  • Practical knowledge of Incident and Problem management (ITIL V4 practices);
  • Experience effectively leading small teams of technical personnel (i.e. 5 people).

Desirable Skills and Experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.


Work Arrangements:

Mon - Fri business hours

Available to regularly travel to CBR if based outside the ACT

Defence base proximity as DSN access required


Security Clearance:

Have or have the ability to obtain at least a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance before commencement of work.
