    • Full-time role at a leading Superannuation Fund
    • Flexible working-from-home-arrangements (Hybrid)
    • Competitive salary at $170,000inc - $180,000inc
    • The main aim for this role is to understand and predict how changes in the market affect member engagement, as well as planning engagement campaigns and strategies for future member growth based on these insights

    About the Organisation:

    This role sits within the Tech and Operations team, who come together to deliver a "members-first" service each day to this leading super funds 1 Million members.

    About the role:

    This position involves ensuring that the organisation meets their budget goals while managing resources effectively. Additionally, it entails integrating technology solutions to optimise the workforce's capabilities, enhancing the workforce plan with resilience and efficiency.

    What you will need:

    • Previous experience in the Superannuation or Financial Services Industry (required)
    • Telephony and/or contact centre experience (required)
    • 5+ years experience in a leadership role within workforce planning uplift, strategy or management
    • Knowledge of workforce planning technology and best practices
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build difficult relationships both externally and internally
