- Establish and maintain trading credibility with senior clients and be seen as the senior point of contact for on-going trading queries in your territory
- Develop best practice buying guidelines and behaviours in conjunction with CIO & Amplifi and ensure these are being implemented across the agency
- Ensure that a system of monitoring is in place for all relevant client media deal arrangements, and guide team on any under deliveries
- Contribute to the overall company/holding company direction and growth
- Understand the impact Investment has on the agency's commercial performance and work with senior management as required to maximise ROI
- Have senior relationships with client nominated auditors to ensure a collaborative working relationship with these companies
- A passion for Investment; in particular client negotiations
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Ability to manage an integrated/virtual Investment team
- Outstanding ability to negotiate relevant client activity
- Experience working with TV auditors
- Experience with BMD/Spectra AQX, Roy Morgan, TV Map, MOVE & SMI
