Details regarding the role

Meticulous implementation of campaigns and reporting process while delivering on the communication and investment objectives.
Buy media and manage campaign delivery tracking (offline)
Assisting the Investment Managers and Directors to grow the usage of the different media channels.
Maintaining relationships with key media owners and the broader PHD team.
Day to day management of agreed initiatives and implementation of campaigns
Ensure brief is delivered/bought to plan within appropriate criteria (budget, targets etc.)
Negotiations (i.e. Discounts, makegoods and added value)
Budget control, data entry and checking
Work closely with the Group Trading Director to ensure that auditing deliverables are met

About your skills and experience

Media Investment experience is a must
You have inside out knowledge of all buying tools
Relevant local marketing experience
Works effectively as part of a team and is committed to mentoring and training junior team members
