- Experienced Customer Service Consultant who has had success coaching or leading a team
- A supportive and empowering leader, engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes
- Strong communicator who can build rapport with customers
- A high level of resilience and assertiveness whilst maintaining excellent customer service is key
- Solutions driven individual who make tough decisions quickly
