About you:

Experienced Customer Service Consultant who has had success coaching or leading a team
A supportive and empowering leader, engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes
Strong communicator who can build rapport with customers
A high level of resilience and assertiveness whilst maintaining excellent customer service is key
Solutions driven individual who make tough decisions quickly

Benefits:

Salary $70,000 $75,000 + super per annum
