Perfect opportunity for a Senior Case Manager ready to step up
- $90,000 - $100,000 + super (experience dependent)

Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week
Coach & mentor Case Managers through all aspects of worker compensation

Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week

This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work from home 3 days a week based

Melbourne.

The role:

Support a team of Case Managers providing technical support throughout the claim process and helping them achieve performance measures
Reviewing and providing feedback about current claims management practices and procedures ensuring emerging trends are identified and managed
Developing strategic initiatives and procedures to ensure all service, performance and compliance measures are achieved
Building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About you

Strong technical experience within the VIC workers compensation scheme (Nominal Insurer, Self Insurance, Comcare or TMF)
Experience in managing relationships and competing stakeholder priorities
Superior time management and negotiating skills
Exceptional problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Experience in coaching and supporting others
Have a genuine, caring nature that put customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances
