- Managing end-to-end claims process from Lodgement, coordination including invoicing and payments
- Coordinating motor and home repairs and liaising with assessors, investigators and recovery agents
- Managing phone and email enquiries from clients and brokers
- Liaise with clients and their brokers regarding claims progress
- Database management; ensuring accuracy and navigating multiple systems
- Salary up to $80,000 + Super
- 1 day work from home
