Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in the services industry? Our client is on looking for a strategic Learning and Organisational Design Specialist to join their dynamic team in Perth.

This is a permanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week or fully remote based on your location.

About you

Work closely with OD teams to design, develop, and maintain training programs that meet stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with Training Managers to facilitate learning and development initiatives across various areas.
Conduct skills assessments to identify management capability gaps and provide feedback.
Ensure completion of individual training plans for new hires
Manage the administration, consultation, testing, and review of the Learning Management System (LMS).

Benefits

Proven experience working in a training environment, with a preference for service industry experience required.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience in managing and empowering diverse teams preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and allocate resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Familiarity with change management principles and exceptional ability to build strong partnerships across various departments
