    Aequalis Consulting, as the recruitment specialist for an influential Sponsor, Developer, Fund and Asset Manager of Infrastructure projects, is excited to announce an incredible opportunity. Our client is making dramatic strides in International Transport, Education and Health PPPs and currently boasts an impressive portfolio of investments at varying stages of execution.

    In response to a robust work pipeline, they're now poised to expand their Australian Asset Management group, with the addition of a stellar Commercial Financial Analyst. This role places you at the heart of project delivery where you'll be a vital cog in meeting the intricate needs of both operational leadership and external investors, including Government Parties, Banks, Law firms and Advisory teams. Your role is set to be pivotal in managing the commercial outcomes that accompany the dynamic project contracts.

    Expect to be tasked with:

    Utilising Financial Models for proficient cash flow management in line with contractual commitments and funding agreements
    Calculation and presentation of essential Asset Financials to ensure return projections are kept intact.
    Cultivating key stakeholder relationships including Asset Managers, Equity Partners and Bank Funding
    Maintaining various Financial Models relevant to each project
    Creating resilient, responsible and efficient management reporting frameworks fit for multiple purposes.
