An opportunity for a skilled
Finance Analyst to join our RCA Finance team, where you will focus on providing critical & value add judgment to support operational reporting, accounting & be business unit (BU) centred.
The RCA team's remit is to be capability orientated to deliver business partnering & achieving effective value add decision making, to be readily & easily understood by the customer & adaptable for ongoing continuous improvement.
This includes preparation, meaningful analysis, intrinsic understanding & presentation of reports and KPIs reflecting earnings, profits & other financial results that enable business stakeholders to make fully informed decisions on performance improvement.

Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Weekly and monthly Profit & Loss and associated review, discussion & reporting commentary with BU Managers
- Preparation and review monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations & lead resolution on reconciliations
- Preparation & support of budget/forecast process in close consultation with Managers & stakeholders
- Input into Corporate Reporting & coordinating with team members for accurate completion
- Active involvement in business performance management reporting including recommendations & implementation of continuous process improvement & assessment
- Aiding & assisting general finance / accounting / systems and associated analysis & business decision support
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years management or financial accounting experience
- Comprehensive finance reporting & operational metrics experience
- Strong analytical & problemsolving capability & aptitude
- Mature & adaptable outlook able to proactively embrace change & improvement
- Strong communication & relationships skills including ability to develop strong business partnering
- Exhibit a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- CPA/CA/CIMA qualification or part qualification
